Dorothy Ciesielski graduated with Honors, earning a B.A. in Marketing, with a Minor in Management from Columbia College of Chicago, IL. In addition to her supervisory role with Vanguard’s European offices in Manchester, UK; Berlin, Germany; and Paris, France; she also manages Vanguard’s Midwest U.S. Region. Performing as an international Sr. Regulatory Specialist, it would be an understatement to say Dorothy is passionately dedicated to Global Environmental Protection. Originally from Cracow, Poland, she moved to the U.S. at an early age, and continued her studies of the Polish language. She is fluent in Polish with a strong working knowledge of German. Dorothy’s regulatory competencies include: Health & Safety: Bloodborne Pathogens and Hazard Communication in the Medical Industry; Environmental: Bio-Medical Waste Disposal; Registration, Evaluation, and Authorisation of Chemicals (REACH), European Pollutant Release Transfer Registers (EPRTR), Persistent Organic Pollutants (Stockholm Convention), Pesticide Management (Rotterdam Convention), and Transboundary Hazardous Waste Disposal Management (Basel Convention). Dorothy’s strengths among U.S. legislation include Toxic Release Inventory, Stormwater Runoff Pollution, Air Emissions and the Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA). |

Michael Jameson |

Michael L. Jameson holds a B.S. from Oklahoma State University, an M.S. from the University of Oklahoma, and a Ph.D. (ABD) from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor). As Vanguard’s founder (1992), Michael jointly leads the organization’s efforts in international market development. With 17 years of experience in the environmental field, Michael’s regulatory strengths include most of the major EU directives and regulatory compliance activities, while playing a leading role as author of Vanguard’s precision due diligence technologies and intellectual properties essential to compliance excellence for Vanguard’s clients around the world. Michael has a working knowledge of French. |
